What do you do at Calvary?

My ministry at Calvary began in 2023 when I facilitated a retreat with church members to create a strategic plan. Since then, my ministry has expanded to over a dozen Long Island churches to help guide them in developing individualized plans for their congregations. I have conducted strategic leadership workshops with church councils, including Calvary.  Additionally, I held several seminars with ELCA pastors, Synod leaders, and congregational lay leaders on these topics.

We live in a rapidly changing world and the challenges congregations face today are vastly different than they were years ago. It is remarkable and inspiring to see how groups of church folk can come together and, guided by the Holy Spirit, navigate what can sometimes be rocky seas. It is a blessing for me to be able to play a role in these change initiatives.
